Landscape and Identity is the featured course launched by the Master's Program in Biodiversity (MPB).

Regarding biodiversity issues, human involvement always matters. This course focuses on how symbolic ecological factors shape local societies' landscape identities and influence the places' global perceptions. Prof. Chang leads students to the mountains in Taiwan and the local community in Japan, which allows students to experience different cultures and perspectives of rural revitalization.

Workshop on Biodiversity | Featured Course of Master's Program in Biodiversity, NTU

Workshop on Biodiversity is the featured course launched by the Master's Program in Biodiversity (MPB).

This course is led by Prof. Lu and focuses on Conservation Planning, Management, and Governance. Prof. Lu introduces Protected Area Governance and Citizen Science by offering in-depth lectures and hands-on field visits.

Students interact closely with the local community, governmental units, and international scholars through field visits to NTU experimental forest/Yangmingshan National Park/Dongyanshan Forest Recreation Area.
